Sending a Sequence from Final Cut Pro to Motion
You can send an entire sequence, including all of its video tracks and their sequence
clips, to a Timeline in a new Motion project. Use this method to edit one or more layers
in Final Cut Pro and then add effects, animation, or text in Motion.
